Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: You may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will incur no additional fees. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the session, I reserve the right to charge the full session fee. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to kalevala.language.academy@gmail.com. Requests made through any other channels will not be accepted. Please note that sessions scheduled on public holidays are not automatically cancelled.

Lateness: The teacher will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the session. If the participant does not join the session via the provided link within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the session will be considered as attended. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.

Cancellation by Teacher: In very rare circumstances, We may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen events (e.g., technical issues, personal emergencies). If this occurs, We will reschedule the session with you or offer a full refund if no suitable time can be arranged.

Refunds: Refunds for sessions shall be provided exclusively in accordance with the cancellation policies set forth above. No refunds will be issued for sessions that have been partially or fully attended or for sessions that were missed.
